With an intuitive eye for aesthetic appeal and a judicious focus on community impact, as president and CEO of Castro Properties LLC, Terri has re-envisioned possibilities for the company’s four-state commercial real estate portfolio for over twenty years. As a result of her strategic vision, acute instinctual understanding of the market, and pragmatic approach to risk and opportunity, she has led the family-owned business to new heights, with recent successes that include helming a major renovation and repositioning of the company’s 43 West 23rd Street flagship property to capitalize on the Flatiron District’s burgeoning tech market.

Committed to “giving back” to the community, as a current board member and former vice president for the Glen Cove Boys and Girls Club and former board member and past president for the Portledge School, she became known for her ability to lead for action and facilitate thoughtful strategic planning. Expanding on this principle, she joined world-renown CSH Laboratory’s Neighborhood Association Board in 2019 to drive further awareness and fundraising for the institution’s research efforts focused on finding a cure for cancer.
